Reporting a problem
Tell us whether you use the website or Android app, the game mode, and what happened before the issue. If possible, include your browser or Android version and the steps that reproduce it. A screenshot can help; remove personal information before sending it.
Purchase help
For a missing Android ad-removal purchase, first try Restore purchases in Settings using the same Google Play account. If you contact us, describe the problem and purchase status. Do not send payment-card details, passwords or verification codes.
Privacy requests
Use the same contact address and tell us which version of TAKXO your request concerns. The Android policy explains local progress, purchase records and optional analytics, including what we can and cannot identify or delete.
