TAKXO Android Privacy Policy

Effective October 16, 2026 · VVO Group, LLC · Developer name: VVO Development

TAKXO is operated by VVO Group, LLC. This policy explains the data handled by the Android app com.takxo.app, its optional private Online service, and its advertising software. For privacy questions or requests, contact support@ainventlabs.com.

Android builds 1–3 use sample advertisements. Starting with build 4, release builds support real AdMob interstitials, subject to age settings, applicable privacy choices and Google's ad-serving approval. Debug builds use sample ad units.

1. Data stored on your device

Game preferences, sound and motion settings, saved games, Streak progress, personal ranks, records, advertising frequency counters, age-range settings and optional analytics choices are stored locally in the app. Private Online play also stores a temporary anonymous seat credential so the device can reconnect to its room. These records are not a public leaderboard, and there is no player account or cloud synchronization of solo progress.

Local game records remain until replaced or cleared. Clearing TAKXO's app storage in Android settings or uninstalling the app removes local progress. Android device backup is disabled for this build. We cannot recover local saves after they are deleted.

2. Private Online games and hosting

If you use private Online play, the app sends room codes, moves, game configuration, temporary anonymous seat credentials, game state and activity information to TAKXO's hosting service to operate the match and support reconnection. Server-side seat credentials are stored in hashed form. Room records expire after inactivity; the current expiry is up to seven days after the last activity.

Our hosting and network providers may process IP addresses, request information, timestamps and security logs to deliver and protect the service. Provider logs follow the provider's retention and security practices. There is no public chat, public player profile, public matchmaking or public ranking in this release. Solo and same-device play do not require the Online service.

3. Google's advertising software

The app includes Google Mobile Ads SDK 25.5.0 and User Messaging Platform (UMP) 4.0.0. Ads may appear between eligible ended Streak runs. Offline or unsuccessful ad requests do not prevent a new run. No ad is required to continue playing.

Google's SDK processes data for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention. This can include IP addresses (which may indicate approximate location), app and ad interactions, performance and diagnostic information, and device identifiers such as the Android advertising ID and app set ID. Google's documentation also describes account-related identifiers where applicable. Test mode does not mean that no technical data is processed.

Google handles SDK data under its own policies; we do not set Google's retention periods or control deletion of its records. See Google's Privacy Policy and Google Mobile Ads SDK data disclosures. Android advertising ID controls are available in device settings. Solo progress does not depend on an advertising ID.

Starting with build 4, an age-range choice is stored locally; no date of birth is requested. Unknown age and under-13 selections disable ad requests. Players aged 13–17 receive under-age-of-consent treatment and non-personalized ad requests. UMP checks applicable privacy requirements before advertising is initialized. Where required, it presents regional privacy messages. You can revisit choices or update your age range through Settings → Privacy choices. If privacy setup fails, ads remain unavailable for that session until refreshed. Your choices can affect the ads available to you; they do not change the computer's difficulty.

4. Optional gameplay analytics (build 5 and later)

Build 5 adds Google Analytics for Firebase to help us understand tutorial completion, game and Streak outcomes, difficulty, personal achievements, active-game exits, ad availability and continuation, and player return rates. Eligible adults (18+) can choose whether to share these statistics. Collection is off by default and starts only after a separate analytics opt-in. Declining advertising consent does not grant analytics consent. Players under 18 or with an unknown age do not send gameplay analytics in this release.

With analytics enabled, Google may process gameplay and usage events, app-instance identifiers, device and operating-system information, app version, language, interaction/engagement information, and approximate geographic information derived from network data. Firebase Analytics advertising-ID collection and advertising-personalization signals are disabled. We do not send your name, email, date of birth, room codes, seat credentials, board positions, or local run/game identifiers to this gameplay analytics service.

For adults who enable analytics, production ad impressions may also generate an estimated ad-revenue event (value, currency, precision and ad format) to help assess monetization. This is separate from a purchase or player payment. Test ads are excluded from these custom revenue events. Google's advertising SDK data handling described above remains separate and can apply even when optional gameplay analytics is off.

Change your choice in Settings → Gameplay analytics (Estadísticas de uso). Turning it off disables new gameplay analytics and resets local Firebase Analytics data and the app-instance identifier. It does not retroactively erase aggregated reports or all information already processed by Google. Google Analytics retention settings govern event-level records; aggregated reports can persist longer. Clearing app storage removes your local choice; analytics defaults to off again. See Firebase privacy information and Google's Privacy Policy.

Purchases and ad removal (build 6 and later)

TAKXO offers an optional, one-time Remove Ads purchase through Google Play. Google processes payment and purchase-history information under its policies. TAKXO does not receive your card or bank details. The app receives product identifiers, purchase state, a purchase token and a signed purchase receipt to verify and restore ad-free access. Verified receipt information is stored in the app's private storage. It is not sent to TAKXO's hosting or multiplayer service.

Ad-free ownership restores using the same Google Play account. The app checks ownership with Google Play on startup and when restoring; offline it retains a previously verified purchase. Successful ownership checks can remove access for refunded or revoked purchases. Pending payments do not unlock ad removal. Purchasing does not enable gameplay analytics. If an adult separately enables Analytics, Google Analytics may also collect purchase events and product/value information. There is no subscription and the purchase does not change gameplay, difficulty or ranking rules.

5. Game diagnostics and permissions

TAKXO keeps a limited set of game and ad-status diagnostic events in app-page memory. Builds 1–4 have no remote gameplay collector. In build 5 and later, the optional Firebase Analytics collector described above receives only permitted events after an eligible player opts in. These temporary events disappear when the game page reloads or closes. This is separate from any technical data processed by Google's SDK or the hosting service.

The game does not request access to your contacts, camera, microphone, photos or precise device location. It does not require your name, email address, date of birth, payment details or a social account to play.

6. Support, retention and deletion requests

If you email us, we receive the address and information included in your message and use them to respond. Support messages remain in the support inbox until deleted. Please do not send sensitive personal information or passwords.

To remove local game records, clear the app's storage or uninstall it. For a privacy question or a request concerning information held by VVO Group, LLC, email support@ainventlabs.com. Include enough context to identify the request, such as a private room code if relevant, but do not send a seat credential. Some information may need to be retained for security or legal obligations. Google-related data requests and choices are governed by Google's own privacy controls.

7. Security and children

Connections to TAKXO's Online service use HTTPS or secure WebSockets. Google's SDK documentation states that its collected user data is encrypted in transit using TLS. No transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

TAKXO is intended for players aged 13 and older. Build 4 disables advertising and private Online requests after an under-13 age selection. Offline play remains available. TAKXO has no player registration or public chat. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has sent personal information to us, contact support@ainventlabs.com.

8. Changes and contact

We will update this page when the app's data practices change. The effective date appears at the top. This policy covers the Android builds described above. We will update disclosures when data practices change.
