Use

You may use the public web version for personal play. TAKXO, its branding, original artwork, interface, written materials, and software remain subject to applicable intellectual-property rights.

Experimental features

TAKXO Lab contains experimental mechanics that may change or be removed. Results from simulations are design-testing aids, not guarantees of mathematical balance.

Availability

The pre-launch service may be updated, interrupted, or changed as development continues.

These pre-launch terms should be reviewed by counsel before paid products, user accounts, competitions, or other commercial services are introduced.
