TAKXO is operated by VVO Group, LLC.

These terms apply to the current public TAKXO web game and its private Online service.

Personal use

You may use the public web game for personal play. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, interfere with another player's private room, bypass access controls, or use the service unlawfully.

TAKXO intellectual property

TAKXO's branding, original artwork, interface, written materials, and software are subject to applicable intellectual-property rights. Access to the web game does not transfer ownership of those materials.

Canonical game rules

For this release, TAKXO Standard is defined by Rules 2.2.0. Named variants and time controls are optional configurations and do not redefine Standard TAKXO.

Online service

Private Online rooms are provided as available. Connectivity, hosting, or temporary service interruptions may affect Online play. Online service operation may be maintained or changed independently of the frozen Standard game rules.

No guarantee of uninterrupted availability

The web service may be maintained, repaired, secured, or updated as needed. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without a guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

Future commercial services

If TAKXO later adds paid products, accounts, official competitions, advertising, or materially different services, additional or revised terms may apply to those offerings.
